I was born in Lorain, Ohio. I Attended Lorain City School and graduated from Lorain Admiral King High school. I graduated from Lorain Community College with a degree in Police Science. I have lived in Lorain mostly all my life. I was gone for three years serving in the military with United States Marine Corps, serving in London, England. I was honorably discharged and was hired by the Ohio State Highway patrol. While with the Ohio State Highway Patrol, my first four years I worked in Defiance, Dayton, Sandusky, and retired out of the Elyria State Highway Patrol post with 26 plus years.
I have worked as a bailiff for the Elyria Municipal court and was also a bailiff for the Honorable Judge Michele Silva Arredondo while she was in office. I am currently a part-time police officer for the city of Sheffield Lake.
I come from a family of nine brothers and sisters. My father retired from the Lorain Ford Motor company and was a licensed electrician. My mother never worked.
I have six wonderful children and three grand kids. I have been with Maria Marrero for 26 years.
