Public Notice is hereby given for review and comment on the 2018 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER). This report is a summary of accomplishments, performance and overall uses of HUD’s Community Development Block Grant and HOME funds in the City of Lorain during the 2018 Fiscal Year. This report will be available for review and/or comment from March 15, 2019 through March 29, 2019 at 4:00 p.m. The CAPER is available for review at the Department of Building, Housing, and Planning, 200 West Erie Avenue, 5th FL, Lorain, Ohio or on the City of Lorain’s website.
Written comments will be accepted regarding the 2018 CAPER at the City of Lorain’s Department of Building, Housing, and Planning located at 200 West Erie Avenue, 5th FL, Lorain, OH, 44052 or email to kellie_glenn@cityoflorain.org until March 29, 2019 at 4:00 p.m. Written comments will be reviewed and responded to in writing within 15 days from receipt.
The Citizen Participation Plan is available for review at 200 West Erie Avenue. This plan contains guidelines and procedures for resident involvement in federally funded housing and community development programs in the City of Lorain.
