Halloween Scarefare 2006

Saturday October 28, 2006 the City of Lorain Parks and Recreation Department presents Scarefare 2006. Meet at the Parks and Recreation Department, 329 Tenth Street, at 9:45 am to form a parade to march to Veteran’s Park with The Southview High School Marching Band & BILLY THE MAGIC CLOWN. Valuable prizes will be awarded! No registration required. Free donuts for all.
