The Hot Waters parking lot shown in yellow and located east of the Utilities Administration building will be closed for construction and expansion beginning on Monday, September 18, 2023, and will remain closed for approximately 2 months. During project construction, temporary parking, shown in orange, will be available on the eastern finger pier. Hot Waters ramp egress will be maintained in a single lane for the duration of the project. Please pay close attention to project signage during the construction phase, as lane access may shift to allow for paving.
