The city web site looks nice but is not entirely functional. The search feature appears to only search titles which tend to be aesoteric to the author rather than including subjects and body text.
Also, When you put a survey in the water bill with directions to complete it at the web site you should make the survey accessible on the web site. I could not find the ARPA funding survey on the web site.

Take a look at the OLD signs that indicate “no left turn” and “no right on red” that were necessary when US STEEL was fully in operation. They are on 28th and on Elyria Ave. They aren’t necessary...
