Joseph has been with the City of Lorain since 2014. He holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering and an M.S. in Environmental Engineering, both from Cleveland State University. In addition to his degrees, Joseph holds a Class III Wastewater Operators Certification from the Ohio EPA.
Before joining the City of Lorain, Joseph spent four (4) years with the Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District (NEORSD) performing regulatory compliance inspections on industrial facilities and extensive monitoring work on the sewer collection system and wastewater treatment plants.
