Project Description: This project is designed to improve water pressures, flows, and service reliability for Lorain water customers roughly bound by West 34th St. and East 35th St. to the North, Washington Ave. to the East, North Ridge Rd. to the South and Dunton Rd./Elyria Ave. to the East.   The project includes upwards of 35,000 feet of water main replacement on several streets and new intake and discharge transmission mains to improve reliability.

Year 1 - Water Main Replacement Project

Project Description: This project will replace a selection of small diameter water mains throughout different parts of the City that have experienced either an increased break rate, low pressure issues, or poor service conditions.  The following is where the Year 1 - Water Main Replacement Project will focus on:

- Vine Ave - between E. 28th St and E. 33rd St.

- Woodward Ave - between E. 37th St and E. 41st St

- E 37th St - between Pearl Ave and Dale Ave

- W 40th St - between Oberlin Ave and Ashland Ave
